Nurse Mentor Consultant Services (NMCS), Inc. was founded in 2015 and inaugurated in 2018. NMCS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community-based organization that is recognized under the Internal Revenue Code.  NMCS is committed to advocating continuous growth within the healthcare profession. NMCS mentor high school students with a desire to major in healthcare and provide aspiring nurses and other healthcare professionals with mentoring that will help guide a career in the medical profession. 

NMCS is owned and operated by Masters and Doctorate-prepared Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and Physicians with over 100 years of experience combined in the healthcare industry.
