She prayed to God to help connect her passion and purpose to the Will of God.  Following that prayer and discernment, this is where God led her.  She loves mentoring, empowering, inspiring, and giving back to the community and the nursing profession.  She launched this 501-c3 non-profit organization with her friend, Vice President, and Co-Founder, Dr. Tasha Jones-Nelson, DNP, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, A-GNP-C.  They brainstormed and collaborated with many individuals in the healthcare profession to build this dynamic non-profit mentoring service.

Her personal goal for Nurse Mentor Consultant Services, Inc. is to provide exceptional mentoring services and resources that will have a positive impact on minority nurses and nursing students as they excel in their healthcare careers.  This mentoring service is available to any individual who desires a career in the healthcare industry.  In her spare time, she volunteers within the community to educate and advocate for the underserved patient population. She also enjoys spending time and traveling with my husband, son, family, and friends.
